In the event that you are unable to attend a session that you have already paid for:

• The original ticket holder is free to offer the ticket to another person and just advise the Mixing Bowl of the change.  If this is not possible: 

  • If there is a waiting list and it is more than two weeks before the event, the Mixing Bowl will try to fill the space and if successful will refund the full ticket price

  • If there is no waiting list or it is less than two weeks before the event, the Mixing Bowl may not manage to fill the space in which case no refund will be given

The Mixing Bowl reserves the right to cancel an event if there is insufficient interest (less than 12 booked attendees) and a full refund will be given.  If it is deemed appropriate by The Mixing Bowl to reschedule a session, for any reason, anyone who is then unable to make the new date will be refunded their ticket price.
