Terms and Conditions

1. The Home Chef Experience is only available to take place within the Aberdeen City or Shire area

2. The Fife Arms Hotel offer is only available from 1st Nov 2019 to 20th Dec 2019 and is exclusive of drinks with the meal

3. The LNER rail travel requires 15 days from booking until day of travel for the ticket to be processed and is available until Sept 2020

4. All proceeds to support the Deeside Local Food Festival which is run by Mixing Bowl Aberdeen, a not-for-profit community initiative

5. Mixing Bowl Aberdeen committee members, their spouses and children are excluded from purchasing prize draw tickets

6. Ticket sales will take place between 8 April and 14 September 2019

7. The cost of each ticket is £10

8. Tickets will not be sold by anyone under the age of 16 and will not be sold to anyone under the age of 16

9. The Mixing Bowl Aberdeen respects the privacy of anyone buying a ticket and will not share any of the personal information collected and will shred all personal contact information after the draw has been announced

10. The Grand Prize Draw will take place at Cults Academy, Quarry Road, Cults, on Sunday 15th September at 3.30pm as part of the Deeside Local Food Festival and the draw will be filmed

11. Winners will be notified by phone or email

12. Each ticket colour will be drawn seperately ie the red draw will be for dinner, bed and breakfast, the blue draw will be for the train travel and the green draw will be for the home chef experience 

13. Deeside Local Food Festival reserves the right without notice or reason to cancel or refuse entry to the Prize Draw and and all decisions are final

14. Registered in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 with Aberdeen City Council
