European Pipe Band Championships


Please note the application process includes Step 1 and Step 2, as described below.

Submitting a form without emailing supporting documentation will not be considered.

Step 1

Please fill out the form found HERE.  If you have all the necessary DOCUMENTS to hand it should take you just 10 minutes.

Step 2

Please EMAIL the following documents:

  • A selection of photos showing your stall set up and the products you intend to sell at this event

  • A copy of your Public Liability Insurance certificate

  • A copy of your Risk Assessment

  • For food and drink stalls:  A copy of your Food Hygiene Information Scheme (FHIS) certificate (or a copy of your HACCP plan)

The next stage

By Friday 21st April you will recieve an email confirming whether you have been successful in securing a stall at the event or not and further details about stall payment.  The application process timeline can be found HERE


Where applicable, please ensure you have the following documentation available for inspection on the event day:

  • Occasional Licence

  • PAT test certificates

  • Gas safety certificates
