Submitting a form without emailing supporting documentation will not be considered.
Step 1
Please fill out the form found HERE. If you have all the necessary DOCUMENTS to hand it should take you just 10 minutes.
Step 2
Please EMAIL the following documents:

A selection of photos showing your stall set up and the products you intend to sell at this event

A copy of your Public Liability Insurance certificate

A copy of your Risk Assessment
-
For food and drink stalls: A copy of your Food Hygiene Information Scheme (FHIS) certificate (or a copy of your HACCP plan)
The next stage
By Friday 21st April you will recieve an email confirming whether you have been successful in securing a stall at the event or not and further details about stall payment. The application process timeline can be found HERE
